I saw this beautiful lamp at Design Public and it is just warming up my Tuesday. Hope everyone had good weekends. Mine was packed in the best way: In addition to a yummy dinner of whole wheat lasagna with Joanna and Alex and checking out a new restaurant, I was also thrilled to meet up with Anne for a brunch and design conversation!

I took an unplanned mini-blogging break yesterday (hung out with my sister, worked on the baby quilt, had dinner with friends) but I’ll be back next week.

In the meantime, I’ll be dreaming of green courtyards and cobalt blue planters.

Holy Lily Pad! It’s almost hideous, but, I’m in love.

I spied this video over at Even Cleveland earlier today and it had just been stuck in my head.  I love the black and white, the argyle sweater, the dancing fingers, the Paris-ness of it all.  I’ve never seen this movie, but I love the dancing so so so so much.

This week’s bouquet looks at bit like Valentine’s Day in September — it’s roses, snapdragons and star of Jerusalem.

Caroline over at My Pocket just moved into a beautiful new home with a beautiful new view. Lovely!
