And yeah, I definitely struggle with photo organization too. When I was using a PC, I created folders by year, then month, then event. Now on the Mac I have iPhoto and it automatically sorts by date, which works for me, sort of. I haven't printed photos out in a while, but I've made a couple iBooks and LOVE them. I have two separate flickr accounts, one for my blog that I use an email address I never use (since they don't let two email addresses have two accounts), and a personal flickr account for me-related photos.
