Copycat chairs?

picture-35

Is it just me or are these chairs really really similar? The first is from Urban Outfitters ($325) and the second is from Target ($299).

PS I’m loving this version of the Urban Outfitters chair below (maybe for the new living room?)

These two do this a lot. I got a tufted sofa from Target that looked quite similar to Urban. Target is always a bit cheaper though.

    Do love the bottom chair.

I wonder if they use the same manufacturer. I imagine UO can get away with a bit higher markup.

I love it too, especially how muted and hazy it looks.

Maybe they’re actually the same company. Either way, these chairs are nice.

I didn’t know Urban Outfitters had furniture!

I have noticed this kind of thing also.

I think in this case the OU chair looks more sympathetically put together, with the rounded legs and straight back and an attempt to match up the fabric pattern. I do like this style, I just wish I had somewhere to put it…

Love the Urban chairs! But how annoying is it that they’re not in the stores so you can’t take them for a test drive! Would love to know if anyone has first-hand experience in terms of quality…

Woah. That’s pretty blatant. The price is barely different, though. So crazy.

I’d pay the extra $25 to Urban Outfitters to get the pattern to match!
